Gary has been affiliated with HasBrouck Real Estate Corporation since 1982. Over this span, Gary has grown the property management division and has amassed over 500 residential units. He continually keeps owners satisfied by keeping their investments occupied. Year in and year out, Gary accomplishes 100% occupancy, which produces over $5,000,000 annually in revenue to investors.

He has also been active in the commercial sector helping owners and investors, lease, manage, and sell their respective properties. He has also worked with developers in locating suitable properties to develop. As of June 1 of this year, Gary has been involved in sales totaling over $6,000,000 in commercial and residential property.

Gary is also an active member in the Charlottesville community. He is Founder and Board Member of the Charlottesville/ Albemarle Youth Club. Board member of the Charlottesville Outreach to Vietnam Veterans. Member of the Marine Corp. Vietnam Veterans Helicopter Association. Active basketball coach at Charlottesville High School. A Manager at Piedmont Little League. And a 25 year member of the University of Virginia's Athletics Foundation.
